SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a £4.50 flat rate delivery service throughout England, Scotland and Wales for all orders under £50, and free of charge for orders exceeding this.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are charged at a flat rate of £6.50.
You should receive your order within 3-4 business days
Obviously there are occasions when delivery times are outside of our control, but we will always endeavour to notify you should there be any known issues.

Our premium delivery service costs £6.50 and will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
A free delivery service is available throughout Hertfordshire, a minimum spend of £30 applies otherwise standard postage prices apply.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item then please contact us within 14 days.
We will provide you with a returns label for you to send your items back. All items must be unused in it's original packaging and in a saleable condition unless the item is faulty.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns on any cosmetic or food products.

PAYMENT
We accept electronic payments from all credit and debit cards through our safe and secure online merchant provider.
PayPal payments are also accepted where available.
We also accept payment through Klarna. Qualifying purchases will allow customers to "pay later" within 30 days.
